Located on the eastern side of the downtown area, Mt. Begbie Elementary is a place where all partners work hard to achieve our school C.R.E.S.T. (Co-operation, Respect, Responsibility, Empathy, Safety and Tolerance). We are a small school with BIG aspirations. Mt. Begbie Elementary school community is currently involved in a multi-year school grounds greening project to transform Mt. Begbie Elementary school grounds to provide a more natural and diverse landscape offering a safe and healthy environment with enhanced opportunities for environmental education, fun and creative play and greater accessibility. We have a very active Parent’s Group and supportive School Planning Council. We work hard at Mt. Begbie to offer our students a variety of programs, curricular and extra-curricular. It is definitely a great place to be!
