We are hiring!
The district is looking for Casual Educational Assistants and a permanent part-time (20 Hours per week) maintenance worker.  This position will include benefits once the probationary period of 65 days of work has passed.  The district also needs casual (on call) custodians, bus drivers and labourers.  Below is the ad for the Maintenance Worker, Casual Custodians and Casual Bus Drivers

Applicants for Teaching Positions

Applicants for teaching positions must include the following information in their electronic portfolio for consideration:

  • Cover Letter
  • District application form (You may refer to your resume as needed, duplication of information is not required – but all information stipulated on the application form must be submitted in one manner.)  (Link to download the application form)
  • Complete resume
  • The names of at least 3 professional references (persons who have seen you teach).
  • Please list complete addresses, including postal codes, home and mobile phone numbers and email or fax numbers
  • Unofficial transcripts of post-secondary training
  • A copy of all certificates (Valid BC Professional Teaching Certificate, Teacher Qualification Service (TQS))
  • Copies of all teaching or practicum reports
  • Letters of reference, if any

  • High school transcripts, demonstrating completion of Grade 12 and graduation.
  • Transcripts of any post-secondary training.
  • A copy of all applicable certificates (Educational Assistant, First Aid, WHIMIS, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, POPARD, etc.).
  • A copy of any evaluation / practicum reports.
  • Letters of reference, if available.
